RESPONSIBILITIES:
ABC Entertainment seeks qualified candidate for an Administrative Assistant to Vice President of Legal Affairs position.
Environment is demanding and fast-paced and involves preparation, revision and distribution of time-sensitive legal documents.
Must perform a variety of administrative duties including word processing, handling phone calls, travel arrangements, prepare simple documents (inlcuding letters and agreements) and coordinating a busy calendar.
Additional responsibilities: manage invoices and payments for a variety of projects, prepare and submit expense reports, update and maintain a variety of status reports and charts, and maintain filing (create and maintain files).
Qualified candidates must possess enthusiasm, flexibility and creativity and be willing to assume challenges and increased responsibility.
REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Must be a self starter able to work with minimal supervision.

Willingness to work overtime, and/or on weekends with short notice

Must work well under pressure

Strong organizational skills

Superior attention to detail

Pro-active, forward thinking

Ability to successfully coordinate multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent communication skills

Strong work ethic
