Description
The Human Resources Manager will support Walt Disney Parks and Resorts Segment Finance Team. They will have the opportunity to work closely with clients to enable their business strategies by delivering integrated and inclusive HR Services, and supporting HR initiatives across the segment. Utilizing a consultative style, they will assist the client with the development of HR strategies that will safeguard the company brand and assets. Working hand in hand with the client, they will impact talent management by assisting in organizing roles and structures which will facilitate recruitment and retention.
We Require:
BA/BS or equivalent, with 5-7 years of progressive Human Resources experience preferably in a consultative leadership capacity.
Strong background in Organization Development.
Demonstrated HR Competences, including HR technical (preferably CA Laws) knowledge and skills, Case management, Client service and integration in a consultative atmosphere.
Proven experience in Project implementation, and Executive Communication
Demonstrated Leadership Competence with the ability to think strategically and build relationships with clients both locally and across the country across all levels of team members.
Proven ability to delivers result while inspiring creativity and innovation and providing service excellence.
The ability to champion change while building strong teams and promoting workplace diversity and inclusion.
Understanding of Disney heritage and values.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple and changing priorities.
Proven ability to manage conflict and the courage to challenge thinking.
Demonstrated ability to handle and manage confidential information.
Ability to travel.
Desired Qualifications:
Master's Degree or equivalent.
SHRM certification or other HR industry equivalent.
Proven Performance Management experience.
Functional HR Experience.
